1000M is a 73-story luxury residential tower at 1000 S Michigan Avenue in Chicago’s South Loop, overlooking Grant Park and Lake Michigan. Designed by JAHN and built by McHugh Construction, the 738-residence tower opened in 2024 with amenity spaces that include a grand lobby, social garden, lounge, and private dining rooms on the 73rd floor.
