Inspir Embassy

Washington, DC

Inspīr Embassy Row is a $200 million adaptive reuse project transforming the historic Fairfax Hotel into a state-of-the-art luxury senior living community in Washington, D.C. This 215,000-square-foot development offers 174 assisted living and memory care residences, blending the building’s rich history with modern amenities for an unparalleled senior living experience. Originally built in 1924, the Fairfax Hotel once hosted diplomats, politicians, and celebrities. The renovation, led by Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners and Turner Construction Company, preserves the building’s historic character while incorporating contemporary design elements. High ceilings, archways, and a restored marble fireplace honor the past, while modern finishes and ambient lighting create a warm, inviting atmosphere. HRSW installed kitchen and bathroom countertops, backsplashes, dining and bar tops, public restroom surfaces, and fireplaces throughout the facility.
